Gruppo Amadori renews its commitment to social inclusion by supporting PizzAut, a reality that since 2016 has been promoting paths of autonomy and job placement for young people on the autism spectrum. The brainchild of Nico Acampora, PizzAut now represents a nationally recognized model: 41 autistic boys and girls are already employed in the two restaurants in Cassina de' Pecchi and Monza, demonstrating how training, attention and an appropriate context can create concrete opportunities.
The initiative also contributes to raising awareness among institutions and civil society about the importance of employability for autistic people, in a country where more than 600,000 people on the spectrum live and only1.7 percent of adults have an employment contract.
The Group 's support for 2025 is dedicated to the PizzAutobus project: a fleet of inclusive food trucks that brings PizzAut pizzas to schools, businesses, events , and cities. The first two vehicles are already operational, while the development plan calls for 30 food trucks in the next five years-to involve more than 120 young people-and up to 100 vehicles in ten years, offering job opportunities to more than 500 boys and girls.
Supporting PizzAut means contributing to a path that not only creates employment but also promotes cultural change, enhancing the skills and potential of each person.
