Also in 2025, Amadori Group was a partner of #CookFest, the Corriere della Sera food festival celebrating culinary excellence, which was held Oct. 24-26 at the Cavallerizze of the National Museum of Science and Technology in Milan. This year's theme was Comfort food - the foods of happiness.
The protagonist of the two days under the banner of taste and culture was the excellent supply chain product Il Campese, which together with great chefs and experts in the field found ample space with reserved appointments in the Festival's rich schedule.
Chef Alessandro Circiello, in fact, cooked it in two variations: drumsticks of Il Campese chicken with pumpkin emulsion, its seeds and almonds, and later Il Campese chicken breast with red turnips, lemon and crunchy vegetables.
But not only in the kitchen! Il Campese was also featured in guided tastings where the Amadori Group team was able to tell about the unique characteristics of free-range chicken.
