Accountability
and transparency
in every choice

Amadori Group governance guides every choice with ethics and transparency.

From our Code of Ethics to our business models, from our relationships with suppliers and partners to our secure reporting system, we adopt responsible practices to ensure integrity and accountability throughout the supply chain.

Governance for us is not just the set of processes, rules and practices through which our Group companies are directed and controlled.

It is a strategic tool that enables us to operate responsibly, in compliance with rules and regulations, and with the utmost transparency and fairness, to protect stakeholders, including customers, partners and employees, in all our business activities.

In this way, governance defines how we do business every day.

Code of Ethics and Models 231: compliance and integrity

The Code of Ethics sets out the principles and values that guide everyone working for or with the company – in internal relations as well as in dealings with customers, partners, suppliers, and the broader community.

Model 231 (Organization, Management, and Control) sets out clear rules, structured procedures, and control principles to ensure responsible and transparent corporate management, effectively preventing unlawful conduct. Together with the other principles of the internal control and risk management system, Model 231 aims to ensure legality in the company's business activities, which is a necessary precondition for the development of sound policies oriented toward business ethics and economic, social and environmental sustainability.
