Whistleblowing Reports
To comply with Legislative Decree 24/2023 (the "Whistleblowing Decree") implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937, measures have been introduced to protect individuals who report violations of Union law and national regulations. The Amadori System Companies affected by the legislation have therefore introduced a reporting system in line with the provisions of the Whistleblowing Decree and inspired by the ANAC Guidelines on whistleblowing on internal reporting channels.
Individuals covered by these regulations, whether holding senior management positions or subordinate roles, are required or entitled to report information regarding violations (including conduct, acts or omissions) that harm the public interest or the integrity of the entity. This encompasses breaches of national or European regulations, unlawful conduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001, and non-compliance with the Organization, Management, and Control Models. Reports must relate to misconduct discovered during or as a result of the employment relationship.
Whistleblowing reports must be submitted by accessing the whistleblowing platform.
Priority should be given to using the internal whistleblowing channel.
The Amadori System Companies affected by the regulations have appointed the Internal Audit, Risk and Reputation Department of Gesco s.c.a. as the whistleblowing manager. As the channel manager, the Internal Audit, Risk and Reputation Department of Gesco s.c.a. ensures and supervises the integrity, independence and effectiveness of the Company's whistleblowing processes and procedures.
